No offense but I think it would be better for Italy if Lazio win because Sampdoria have shown their weakness in Europe while at least Lazio have the potential to go further with the squad they have.

Watching Cassano rapes my mind. So much talent.
I would love to see him in black and white because i think he’s one of the best but I’d hate to see him move and have his roll dumbed down.

I really wouldn’t mind watching Cassano-Pazzini for another year.

As much as I’d love to see Cassano at Inter, I’d much rather see him stay at Sampdoria than go to Juve.

Hey guys. As you probably know, I’m the Julian who runs the Italy WorldCupBlog (click my name for a link), and I was hoping to get some help from you guys for an upcoming series of posts. Anyways, well said about what happened this this past weekend with the eventual draw with my team, La Roma.

As far as the Cassano rumors, I too fear the worst for Sampdoria, since ultimately, I would love to see the team come together and succeed—to become a true contender. But with Cassano being constantly linked to top ranked teams, I think it will be hard for him to turn down any attractive offer.

I think the only hope this team has is to wait and see how the season finalizes. If Sampdoria ends on a high note with convincing victories and the “cassano/pazzini megashow” still being the best, he might think twice and decide to stay another year, just to see how it pans out.

Oh, and if cassano leaves, I would think that Pazinni would soon follow after. Now that sucks…..
